Slow Down, Work Hard, and Appreciate the Finer Things

When is the last time you created a home cooked meal from scratch?

Have you harvested your own vegetable garden for the freshest ingredients?

Chef Ian Knaue knows firsthand how hard work, and slow cooking can yield the most gratifying results.

When Ian Knaue was growing up on the farm, he despised field work. He hated it so much, that when he grew up, he moved to Manhattan, and got a job working in a skyscraper.

Something about the slow pace of farm life called to him, though, and before long, he had moved back to the country.

He took his history as a farmer, and training as a chef, and created The Farm Cooking School. There, he teaches people how to make time in their busy schedule, and cook amazing meals using freshly harvested vegetables, and local meat.

To really appreciate food, sometimes you have to allow it to be a challenge.

Bridge of Weir Deepsoft leather-trimmed seats are available in the Lincoln MKX. These seats are crafted naturally, using an organic, chromium-free tanning process, and are unembossed, so all you see is the leather's natural texture.
